Well stated my friend!  I read through all of your &quot;What I&#039;ve learned&quot; blogs and couldn&#039;t agree more.  Of the Sunday services I&#039;ve attended over the years the ones I remember most are the ones where the &quot;regular&quot; people really care.  You know, the ones that actually take an interst in you.  Where they ask questions about you and listen.  I think I&#039;ll take your words from blog-post V and share it with our current leaders at Bridgepoint.  We can so easily get into a rut when it comes to our &quot;people&quot; who are the church, but also show up to serve in a variety of moods and attitudes.  It would be prudent to see these great people every time they serve, check in with them, be interested, and love them big!

Thanks for your writings and your insight.  Candice and I miss you guys.  Merry Christmas and God&#039;s peace.

Oh, by the way we are expecting our first baby sometime in August!
